There are several ways to get on the lake: chartered boat ride, boating with your own boat or renting one, paddleboard, jet-ski, canoe, or kayak.

Dive Winnipesaukee - paddleboard, canoe, & kayak rentals
Goodhue & Hawkins - boat rentals
To enjoy the lake from the water's edge Brewster Beach is open to the public and non-residents; it is the best beach because it is right on Wolfeboro Bay.
Or take a walk along the water. Start at Wolfeboro's Town Docks and walk past Back Bay, Crescent Lake, and Lake Wentworth on the "rail trail". Click here
